某旅居小区生活污水处理一体化工程设计与运行效果

Design and operation effect of integrated project of domestic sewage treatment in a sojourning community

摘要:

以某旅居小区为例,重点介绍了该小区污水处理站的工程设计和运行效果。该站点的进水来源于居民生活污水,出水COD、SS、TN和TP执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,出水BOD5、NH4 +-N、pH和总大肠菌群执行《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2002)城市绿化标准。结合小区进出水水质和其他综合要求,站点采用以A2/O生物膜为生化处理工艺的一体化地埋式污水处理装置。站点按照2列配置4个碳钢箱体(每列75 m3/d),总设计规模为150 m3/d。站点运行1 a后,各项出水指标均能稳定达到设计要求。

Abstract:

Taking a sojourning community as an example,the project design and operation effect of the sewage treatment station in the community were mainly introduced. The influent of the station comes from residents’ domestic sewage,COD,SS,TN,and TP of the effluent implemented the 《Discharge standard of municipal wastewater treatment plant》(GB 18918—2002) Class A standard,and BOD5,NH4 +-N,pH and the total E. coli group implemented the urban green standard of 《The reuse of urban recycling water—Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water quality》(GB/T 18920—2002).In consideration of the quality of influent and the effluent and other comprehensive requirements,the station adopted an integrated buried sewage treatment equipment with A2/O biofilm as the biochemical treatment process. The station was equipped with four carbon steel boxes in 2 columns(75 m3/d each column),with a total design scale of 150 m3/d. After the station had been in operation for a year,all water effluent indicators had been able to stably meet the design requirements.
