海上稠油热采锅炉给水系统优化方法研究与应用

Research and application of optimization method for boiler feed water system of offshore heavy oil thermal recovery

摘要:

为满足稠油热采蒸汽发生锅炉用水需求,渤海LD21油田建立了以无机超滤膜预处理技术为核心的海水淡化给水系统示范工程。该系统自应用以来,运行稳定,产水电导率0.097 μS/cm、含氧0.006 7 mg/L。通过LD21油田现场试验表明,无机超滤膜预处理技术可有效简化海水淡化预处理工艺,降低热采开发成本。该技术成功应用于四个稠油热采开发项目设计中,累计减少平台面积30%,降低设备质量12%,降低建造成本2.2亿元,与传统水处理工艺相比,降低能耗156 kW·h/m3,节约能耗成本4 160万元/a,节约换膜成本6 500万元/a。该系统的成功应用标志着我国海上首套拥有自主知识产权的海水淡化锅炉给水系统实现工程化应用,为渤海稠油热采规模化开发奠定了技术基础。

Abstract:

In order to meet the water demand of steam generator boiler for heavy oil thermal recovery, the seawater desalination water supply system demonstration project with inorganic ultrafiltration membrane pretreatment technology as the core has been established in Bohai LD21 oilfield. Since its application the system has been running stably with water conductivity of 0.097 μS/cm and oxygen content of 0.006 7 mg/L. The field test in LD21 oilfield showed that the inorganic ultrafiltration membrane pretreatment technology could effectively simplify the seawater desalination pretreatment process and reduce the development cost of thermal recovery. The technology has been successfully applied in the design of four development projects reducing the platform area by 30%, the equipment weight by 12% and the construction cost by 220 million CNY. Compared with the traditional water treatment process, it can reduce the energy consumption by 156 kW·h/m3 and save energy consumption 41.6 million CNY/a and film cost 65 million CNY/a. The successful application of the system marks the engineering application of the first seawater desalination boiler water supply system with independent intellectual property rights which lays a technical foundation for the large-scale development of Bohai heavy oil thermal recovery.
