摘要:

根据污水厂运行的实际情况,采用调整自控时序的方式使CAST工艺运行达到节能的效果,另外,采用空气排空阀使曝气系统的余气得以排放,避免沉淀时起泡对沉淀效果造成影响。同时对工艺的排泥方式、清空维护以及外排水状况等问题提出了设计改进方案,从而提高所排放的剩余污泥的污泥浓度,节约污泥脱水的运行成本,降低了CAST池清空维护的难度,并提出了有关CAST工艺出水排放方式的设计注意事项。

Abstract:

According to the actual running situations, the adjustment of auto-control schedule makes CAST process run with energy saving effect. And, the air emptier makes the residual air in the aeration system be discharged, in order to avoid the influence of bubbling on sedimentation. In addition, aiming at the problems of air emptying,maintenance and water discharging, an improvement project is put forward, so as to increase the sludge discharging concentration of the residual sludge, save the running cost of sludge dewaterin, and decrease the difficulty of the emptying and maintenance of the CAST pool. The design and remarks about the effluent water discharging of the CAST procees are put forward, too.
