摘要:
以自制的液滴质量为0.005~0.010 g的聚乙烯塑料毛细滴管以及电子天平代替普通称量滴定装置进行微型滴定,不仅简化了实验装置,缩短了水样预处理时间,减少了试剂用量,而且减轻了热胀冷缩、量器误差和人为操作等因素带来的不利影响,使测定过程更方便、快速,从而建立了一种易于推广和应用的毛细滴管-电子天平微型称量滴定分析新方法。采用该法测定工业循环冷却水的总硬度,当滴定剂用量为0.5 g左右时,加标回收率为98.8%~101.2%,RSD为0.48%~1.14%,值得推广应用。

Abstract:
The micro weight titration by using polyethylene plastic capillary burette whose weight is 0.005-0.010 g and electronic balance are used for replacing the traditional weight titration equipment. It can not only simplify the experimental settings, shorten the pretreatment time of water samples, reduce the dosage of reagent, but also decrease the disadvantageous influences, such as the change caused by temperature, errors caused by measuring vessels and operators’visual observation. On the other hand, this technique makes the determining course more quick and convenient. Above all, a new titration analytical method which is much easier to be generalized and applied has been established. The method is used for determining the total hardness of industrial circulating cooling water. When the titration reagent is about 0.5 g, the indexed recovery rate will be 98.8%-101.2%, and the RSD will be 0.48%-1.14%. Therefore, it is worth being popularized.
