真菌处理制皂工业废水研究

Studies on fungal treatment of soap making wastewater

摘要:

采用真菌处理制皂工业废水(主要污染物为脂肪酸、油脂等),连续小试试验研究表明:当进水COD在1121-8143mg/L〔进水COD负荷0.45-3.26kg/(m3·d)〕变化时,出水COD稳定在223-310mg/L,达到了污水综合排放三级标准(GB8978—1996);显微检测发现,曝气柱中微生物类群随COD负荷的变化而改变,当COD负荷为1.47-3.26kg/(m3·d)时,曝气柱中主要是真菌;当COD负荷为0.45-0.56kg/(m3·d)时,曝气柱中主要是细菌。

Abstract:

In the study, the fungal biological treatment process has been used for treating soap making wastewater in which main contaminations are fatty acid, lipid etc.The results showthat the effluent COD level of 223-310 mg/ L is stably achieved while the influent COD concentrations ranged from 1 121 to 8 143 mg/L in corresponding with COD loadings of 0.45-3.26 kg/(m3·d).The effluent meets the requirement of the third class of National Discharge Standard of China.Microbial communities in the aerated tank vary with the COD loadings.When the COD loading is 1.47-3.26 kg/(m3·d)and 0.45-0.56 kg/(m3·d), respectively, the predominant microorganisms in the aerated tank are mainly fungi and bacteria.
