摘要:

介绍了吹脱法处理合成革厂DMF蒸馏废水的试验过程,简述了试验技术路线与工艺流程,通过试验结果说明在碱性条件下,采用加热通空气吹脱处理含二甲胺废水,具有较好的处理效果,二甲胺去除率可达95%以上,且无二次污染,工艺简单,操作方便,并对此法在生产应用中的可能性进行了探讨。

Abstract:

Based on the experimental process of treating DMF distillation wastewater from synthetic leather factories by air stripping method, the technical route of experiments and technological process are presented briefly. The result shows that the treatment effect of dimethylamine-containing wastewater is better when it is treated by heating air stripping under alkalic conditions. The dimethylamine removal rate can be above 95% and no secondary pollution. This method is characterized by simple process, and simple operation. The possibility of applying this method to production is discussed.
