有机絮凝剂聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺的结构及絮凝性能研究

Structure and properties of flocculant polyamine for wastewater treatment

摘要:

以环氧氯丙烷和二甲胺为原料,加入交联剂合成了有机絮凝剂聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺,利用红外光谱(IR)和电子透射电镜(TEM)对聚合物的结构形貌进行了表征分析,对模拟染料废水进行了脱色效果实验,并对炼油厂含油废水进行了除油效果实验。结果表明,聚环氧氯丙烷-二甲胺具有较强的吸附架桥能力和电中和作用,对于染料废水有较好的脱色效果,对含油废水也有较好的除油效果,是一种高效絮凝剂。

Abstract:

Flocculant polyamine is synthesized by polycondensation of dimethylamine and epichlorohydrin with 1,2-diaminoethane as modifying agent. IR and TEMare used to test the structure and figure of flocculant polyamine. In treating simulative water containing dye and oil-bearing wastewater, flocculant polyamine shows excellent decoloration and oil removal efficiency through the adsorption and subsequent formation of particle-polymer-particle bridges.
