果汁废水处理技术的研究进展

Progress in the research on the treatment technology of juice wastewater

摘要:

果汁加工废水属于高浓度有机废水,具有固体杂质多、有机物浓度高、水质水量变化大等特点。相对于酒精废水、淀粉废水、印染废水、造纸废水等其他高浓度有机废水,对果汁废水的处理技术的研究有些滞后。目前国内外关于果汁废水处理的相关研究和工程实例报道较少。作者主要对果汁废水处理工艺进行系统的总结。

关键词: 果汁废水, 升流式厌氧污泥反应器, 接触氧化

Abstract:

The wastewater from juice processing is a kind of highly concentrated organic wastewater. It is charac-terized by having lots of solid extraneous components, high organism concentration, frequent changes in water qual-ity and quantity. The research on the treatment technology of juice wastewater still lags behind that of other organicwastewaters with high concentration, such as alcohol wastewater, starch wastewater, dyeing and printing wastewa-ter, paper-making wastewater, etc. At present, there are not many research and engineering examples on juicewastewater treatment. Therefore, the purpose of author is to make a systematic summary on the current situation ofjuice wastewater treatment research.
