Engineering design and operation of rural sewage treatment in central China

摘要: 根据中原地区农村污水的特点和实际情况,采用水解酸化/生物接触氧化/表面流人工湿地/复合垂直流人工湿地对其进行处理,处理规模350 m3/d,进水COD为300~320 mg/L、BOD5为140~160 mg/L、NH3-N为30~40 mg/L、SS为150~200 mg/L、TP为2~3 mg/L,处理后出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。工艺高效节能、占地较小、投资及运行费用较低,同时减少了生活污水对农村生态环境的污染。

Abstract: According to the characteristics and actual situation of rural sewage in central China,the combined process,hydrolysis acidification-bio-contact oxidation-surface flow constructed wetland-integrated vertical-flow constructed wetland,has been used for treating rural sewage in central China. Its treatment capacity is 350 m3/d,and influent COD,BOD5,NH3-N,SS and TP are 300-320 mg/L,140-160 mg/L,30-40 mg/L,150-200 mg/L and 2-3 mg/L respectively. The treated effluent quality can reach the Level 1-A standard,specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918-2002). The combined process is characterized by high efficiency,energy saving,less space demand,low investment and running costs. In addition,the pollution effect of domestic sewage on rural ecological environment is reduced.
