摘要:
从废水水质特性、处理工艺分析、设计参数、处理效果及运行成本等方面,介绍了江苏某机械加工厂的废水处理工程。工程实践表明,采用隔油-混凝气浮-混凝沉淀-UASB-生物接触氧化-砂滤组合工艺可有效处理脱模剂废水,工程调试运行后,COD、SS、石油类的去除率都达到90%以上,最终出水水质稳定且均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)三级标准要求。

Abstract:
A wastewater treatment project of a machinery processing factory in Jiangsu Province is introduced from the angles of wastewater quality characteristics,treatment process analysis,design parameters,treatment effects,running costs,etc.. The project practice shows that using the combined process,oil separation-air floatation-coagulation precipitation-UASB-biological contact oxidation-sand filtration,can effectively treat the wastewater containing mold release agent. After the debugging and operation,the removing rates of COD,SS and oils are all above 90%. The final effluent water quality is stable,meeting all the requirements for the third-level standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
