摘要: 为了扩大处理规模与提高废水出水水质,对某纺织科技园区污水处理扩建工程进行了设计。确定采用水解酸化+A/O(MBR)+臭氧氧化+BAF工艺深度处理印染废水,并对各主要构筑物及相关设计参数进行了介绍。实践结果表明,SS、BOD5、COD、色度的总去除率分别达到98.0%、95.9%、92.9%、94.8%,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)一级A排放标准,完全满足设计要求。

Abstract: In order to expand the treatment scale and improve wastewater effluent quality,the design on the expansion project of advanced wastewater treatment in a textile science and technology park has been accomplished. It was decided to use a combined process,hydrolysis acidification+A/O(MBR)+ozonation+BAF,for treating the printing and dyeing wastewater. The main structures and relevant design parameters are introduced. The practical results indicate that the total removing rates of SS,BOD5,COD and color are 98.0%,95.9%,92.9% and 94.8%,respectively. The effluent water quality reaches Level l-A standard specified in the Pollutants Discharge Standard for Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB18918-2002),which meets the designed requirements completely.
