草浆造纸工艺改再生造纸工艺的废水处理工程改造

摘要:

工程将草浆纸废水工艺改为再生纸废水工艺,采用了物化和接触氧化工艺处理造纸废水。通过改变工艺运行工况,充分利用原有工艺设备,降低投资和运行成本,使COD、SS去除率分别达到95.5%和97%,并达到排放标准,运行费用由原来的0.7元/m3降低到0.4元/m3

Abstract:

In this project, physiochemical and contact oxidation processes have been used to replace the technology of treating straw pulp papermaking wastewater by the technology of treating regenerated papermaking wastewater. Through changing the running situation of the technology, and making sufficient use of the original equipment, the investment and running cost are decreased. Thus, the removal rates of COD and SS reaches 95.5% and 97% respectively,reaching the requirements of the discharge standard and the running cost decreases from the original 0.7CNY/m3 to 0.4CNY/m3.
