预涂动态膜处理乳化油废水及膜的清洗研究

Study on the treatment of emulsified oily wastewater by precoating dynamic membrane and membrane cleaning

摘要:

研究了预涂动态膜制备工艺条件对乳化油废水处理效果的影响及其清洗工艺。结果表明:用预涂动态膜处理乳化油废水具有较好的处理效果,较宽孔径范围的基膜都适合制备动态膜,最佳涂膜液质量浓度、跨膜压差和错流速度分别为0.4 g/L、0.2 MPa和1.5 m/s;若基膜纯水通量衰减率<80%,重新涂膜时可不必清洗基膜,否则必须清洗基膜。采用氢氧化钠洗+盐酸洗+超声的清洗工艺,基膜纯水通量可恢复到98%以上。

Abstract:

The impact of the preparing conditions of the precoating dynamic membrane on the treatment of emulsified oily wastewater and membrane cleaning technology have been studied. The results show that it is efficient for the precoating dynamic membrane to treat the emulsified oily wastewater. The substrate membrane with wider range of the pore diameter is suitable for preparing the precoating dynamic membrane. The optimal concentration of the coating solution,transmembrane pressure difference and crossflow velocity are 0.4 g/L, 0.2 MPa and 1.5 m/s, respectively. If the decline rate of the pure water flux of the substrate membrane is lower than 80%, it is not necessary to clean the substrate membrane before preparing the dynamic membrane again. The pure water flux of the substrate membrane would recover more than 98% by using the cleaning process:NaOH+HCl as cleaning agent and ultrasonic fo rcleaning the substrate membrane successively.
