摘要:
矿井水成分复杂,在采用双膜法处理矿井水回用过程中对其预处理的要求非常高,如果某处工艺发生短路,势必会使膜元件受到严重污染,甚至使产品水质不合格并造成生产瘫痪。针对某热电厂采用双膜法处理矿井水回用过程中存在的问题,作者采用离线和在线清洗等方式,使系统恢复了正常稳定运行,并根据实际运行情况提出了建议。

Abstract:
The components of mine water are complicated. Therefore, the requirements for the pretreatment in the reuse course of treating mine water by double-membrane process are high. If any short circuit happens to any process, serious pollution will happen to membrane elements, and even water disqualification may happened to the products, resulting in the paralysis of production. Aiming at the problems existing in the reuse course of the treatment of mine water by double-membrane process, off-line and online cleaning are carried through, and normal and stable running are resumed. Based on the real running instance, suggestions are put forward.
