摘要:
电镀清洗废水是电镀废水的一种,其成分复杂,毒性较大,直接排放会严重污染环境。若对电镀清洗废水处理后有效回用,可减少废水排放,节约水资源。依据工程实例,首次采用全膜法(UF-RO-EDI)处理电镀清洗废水,制备的高纯水(电阻率≥16.0 MΩ.cm)可直接回用于生产,废水回用率达到60%。介绍了这种回用系统的工艺流程及工程运行情况,该系统运行稳定,为电镀废水回用开辟了新的思路。

Abstract:
The electroplating washing wastewater is a kind of electroplating wastewater that has complex composition and high toxicity. It would pollute the environment if discharged directly. After being treated and reused,it can reduce wastewater discharge and save water resources. According to the engineering example,integrated membrane technology (UF-RO-EDI) is firstly used for treating electroplating washing wastewater. The high purity water (resistivity≥16.0 MΩ·cm) produced by this process can be directly applied to production. The recovery ratio reaches 60%. The process flow and engineering operation of this recycling system which runs stably is introduced. It exploits a new way for the reuse of electroplating wastewater.
