摘要:

加酸处理是在不对补入循环冷却水系统的高硬度高碱度水质进行降硬降碱处理的条件下,将水处理药剂直接加入到循环水中,同时加入一定量的无机酸,使循环水的pH严格控制在8.0~8.8,在使用相应缓蚀剂保证系统缓蚀效果的前提下达到提高循环水浓缩倍数的目的。全自动加酸装置对加酸控制的稳定性起决定作用,不仅消除了安全隐患、减少了劳动强度,还保证了浓缩倍数的提高。

Abstract:

Acid treatment is adding water treatment agent to the circulating water directly,without lowering the hardness and alkalinity of the supplied water which has high hardness and high alkalinity and,at the same time, adding a certain amount of inorganic acid. Thus,the pH of the circulating water is to be controlled strictly at 8.0-8.8.The precondition for reaching the purpose of increasing the cycle of concentration is using corresponding corrosion inhibitor,so as to assure the corrosion efficiency of the system. The fully automatic acid treatment device plays an important role in controlling the stability of acid treatment. It not only eliminates the potential safety hazard and decreases the intensity of labor,but also assures the increasing of cycle of concentration.
