摘要:
通过实验对测定十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵活性物含量的两种方法进行了比较和分析。结果表明,两种测定方法无显著性差异,都适用于检测常规产品。其中四苯硼钠滴定法(HG/T 2230—2006))由于液相容易有结块挂壁现象,使测定值偏低,受温度影响变化大,不适于检测高含量加防冻剂的产品,但其精密度较好。四苯硼钠两相滴定法(QB 1915—1913)抗干扰能力强,适用范围广,但要注意观察终点的判断。

Abstract:
Based on experiments,two operating methods for the measurement of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride content have been analyzed and contrasted. The results show that these two standard methods are not significantly different,but are both suitable for the examination of conventional products. It is found that the liquid phase of tetraphenylboron sodium titration (HG/T 2230—2006) is easy to get agglomerated and wall built-up.Therefore,the measured value of the active matter content is on the low side. Affected by temperature,it changes greatly. It is not suitable for detecting the products with high content and anti-freezing agent,but its precision is higher. Tetraphenylboron two phase titration(QB 1915—1993) has strong anti-interference capacity and wide sphere of application. But special attention should be paid to the observation of the end-point judgement of the titration.
