广利油田水质结垢因素分析

摘要:

广利站采用电化学预氧化技术后注入水水质得到明显改善,但近期局部区域结垢现象突出。对污水站、注水站、配水间到井口的注入水水质进行了分析,利用结垢趋势预测及垢样的分析等手段,最终确定了结垢的主要影响因素,为下一步改善水质减缓结垢趋势提供参考。

关键词: 油田污水, 注水井, 结垢, 腐蚀, 矿化度

Abstract:

After the ad option of electrochemistry pre-oxidation technology,the water quality in Guangli Pumping Station has achieved a remarkable improvement. However,a serious scaling phenomenon has recently been found in some areas. According to the analysis results of water quality of the sewage stations,water-injection station,water distributing station to the injection water quality of the mouth of the well,the influencing factors of scaling are analyzed. Based on the forecast of the scaling tendency and analysis of the scaling samples,the main influencing factors of scaling are finally figured out,providing theoretical reference for further improvement of the water quality and controlling the scaling tendency.
