模拟循环冷却水中几种因素对碳钢腐蚀的影响

摘要:

采用失重法研究了各种因素对碳钢腐蚀性的影响并探讨了其腐蚀机理, 同时考察了复合缓蚀剂RP-98对碳钢的缓蚀性能。RP-98在模拟的循环冷却水中的投加质量浓度为100 mg/L时, 缓蚀率达92.56%, 对各个影响腐蚀的因素均有良好的抑制作用, 是一种较为理想的复合型缓蚀剂。

Abstract:

The corrosive influence of several factors in simulated circulating water on carbon steel by weight loss method has been studied, and its corrosion mechanisms are discussed.The corrosion inhibiting capacity of the complex inhibitor RP-98 on carbon steel is investigated.The results show that the concentration of inhibitor RP-98 in simulated circulating cooling water is 100 mg/L, and its corrosion inhibition rate is 92.56%.It can successfully inhi-bit the corrosion and has become a kind of satisfactory complex inhibitor.
