某内陆核电站凝结水精处理系统配置探讨

摘要:

某AP1000内陆核电站, 根据其循环冷却水的水质及除盐水补充水的水质、水量等原始条件, 在AP1000设计控制文件(简称DCD)的基础上, 结合SG排污水的水质控制标准, 对凝结水精处理系统的设计容量进行了研究, 确定CPS按正常50%、最大67%的凝结水量设计, 可满足机组启动、热备用、停堆以及凝汽器少量泄漏时SG对二回路的水质要求。

Abstract:

For an AP1000 inland nuclear power station, according to the original conditions, such as water quality of circulating cooling water and the water quality and water quantity of demineralized water and make-up water, based on AP1000 design control documents(DCD), and combining with the water quality control standard of SG sewer, the design capacity of condensate polishing systems has been studied and discussed.It is ascertained that when the condensate water quantity is designed as CPS normal 50% and maximum 67%, the water quality of secondary circuit can meet the requirements of the start-up, heat standby, and shut-down, as well as a small amount leakage of the condenser.
