电解法合成高铁酸钠的实验研究

摘要:

对电解法合成高铁酸钠进行了研究, 改变了传统电极设置位置, 并评定了影响电解效率的各因素。简化了反应条件, 并快速稳定地合成了高铁酸钠。实验结果表明, 将传统左右式设置电极改为上下式设置电极, 阴极距液面2 cm, 电极板间距4 cm, 电流20 A/m2, NaOH浓度14 mol/L, 温度60℃, 电解1.5 h, 同时伴有搅拌的情况下电流效率最大为58%。

Abstract:

The synthesis of sodium ferrate by electrolysis has been studied.The traditional electrode position set up is changed, and various factors that have influence on electrolysis efficiency are assessed.The reaction conditions are simplified, and sodium ferrate can be synthesized rapidly and steadily.The experimental results show that the current efficiency can reach the maximum(58%), under the following conditions:the electrode position is changed from the traditional left-right style to up-down style, the cathode is 2 cm away from the liquid level, electrode spacing 4 cm, electric current 20 A/cm2, NaOH concentration 14 mol/L, temperature 60 ℃, electrolysis of 1.5 h and agitating.
