摘要:
研究采用碳酸钙与铝土矿生料作为反应原料,按质量比1∶1混合,在1 050℃下煅烧2~3 h制备了一种新型钙铝石类水处理剂,从原料与温度两方面大幅降低了同类水处理剂的制备成本,产物主要组成为层状晶体结构的12CaO.7Al2O3。该药剂可同步高效去除废水中SO42-和Ca2+,去除率分别可达75%和50%,出水可接近或达到工业循环冷却水补充水的水质标准。1 mol的12CaO.7Al2O3可以结合21 mol的SO42-和20 mol的Ca2+,反应生成产物主要为针状晶体结构的钙矾石。

Abstract:
A new kind of mayenite water treatment agent has been prepared. The water treatment agent is made fromcalcium carbonate and bauxite as raw material, mixed by mass ratio 1∶1, and calcined at 1 050 ℃ for 2-3 h. Its pro-duction cost, from the aspects of raw materials and temperature, is greatly lower than that of similar water treatmentagents. The product is mainly composed of the layered crystal structure, 12CaO.7Al 2 O 3 . The agent can remove SO 4 2-and Ca 2+ from the wastewater simultaneously and effectively. The removing rate can reach 75% and 50%, respective-ly. The effluent can approach or reach the water quality standard of make-up water of industrial circulating coolingwater. 1 mol of 12CaO.7Al 2 O 3 can be combined with 21 mol of sulfate and 20 mol of calcium ions. The product yield-ed is mainly acicular crystal structure of ettringite.
