摘要:
采用Fe-Cu催化还原法预处理附子废水,研究了该法去除COD的影响因素及反应动力学模拟评价,同时探讨了反应机理。结果表明:当初始pH为5.3,摇床转速140 r/min,铁、铜的投加量分别为30 g和5 g,HRT为2 h时,COD的去除率可达30.4%,废水的B/C由0.18提高至0.56,反应过程符合一级反应动力学方程。通过反应前后电极表面微观形貌的对比,可知反应后电极表面附着的沉淀物是导致后期反应速率下降的原因之一,同时分析出了这些沉淀物的主要类型。

Abstract:
Fe-Cu catalytic reduction process has been used for the pretreatment of wastewater containing aconite.The influencing factors of this process on COD removing efficacy and reaction kinetics simulation evaluation,as wellas reaction mechanisms are studied. The results indicate that the COD removing rate reaches 30.4%,when the initialpH=5.3,shaker speed=140 r/min,dosage of Fe=30 g,dosage of Cu=5 g,and HRT=2 h. The B/C ratio of wastewaterincreases from 0.18 to 0.56. The reaction process conforms to the first order reaction kinetics equation. By contrast-ing the surface micro-morphology of electrodes before and after reaction,it is known that the precipitate attached onthe electrode surface after the reaction is one of the reasons resulting in the decline of later reaction rates.
