摘要:
采用IC厌氧反应器处理实际制药废水,对IC厌氧反应器的启动过程、盐度对反应器处理效果的影响进行分析。结果表明,采用中温(35 ℃)发酵、连续进水方式,IC厌氧反应器启动历时68 d。启动完成后COD去除率稳定保持在65%左右,SO42-去除率稳定在73%左右,进水NH3-N较出水NH3-N低,出水VFA在4 mmol/L以下,pH>6.6,污染物去除效果稳定,反应器运行良好。随后进行盐度驯化,盐度使COD和SO42-的去除率有所降低,但影响较小,系统的处理效果最终趋于平稳。IC厌氧反应器处理系统对一定浓度范围内的盐度有一定忍耐性。

Abstract:
The practical pharmaceutical wastewater is treated by IC anaerobic reactor. The start-up process of IC anaerobic reactor and the influence of salinity on the treatment efficiency are analyzed. The results show that the startup time of IC anaerobic reactor is 68 days, with the medium temperature(35℃) fermentation and continuous influent. After start-up, the removal rate of COD and SO42- remained stable at about 65% and 73%, respectively. The influent NH3-N is lower than the effluent NH3-N, the effluent VFA is below 4 mmol/L and pH is more than 6.6. The pollutant removal effect is stable and the reactor runs well. Then acclimation with salinity is proceed. The removal rate of COD and SO42- is decreased by salinity, but the effect is small, and the treatment effect is stable. The treatment system of IC anaerobic reactor has a certain tolerance to salinity within a certain concentration range.
