分光光度法同时测定采矿废水中的Fe2+、Cu2+、Zn2+

Simultaneous determination of Fe2+、Cu2+、Zn2+ in mining wastewater by spectrophotometry

摘要:

采用多元线性回归分光光度法测定某采矿废水中Fe2+、Cu2+、Zn2+, 首先配制不同浓度的Fe2+、Cu2+、Zn2+三组分混合溶液, 在混合液各组分最佳优化条件下测定其吸光度。用Excel软件对所测数值进行分析, 得到了多元线性方程。检测自制水样并求解多元方程, 将计算结果与已知浓度作比较, 相对误差<10%。该方法回收率为98.0%~103.0%, RSD为0.61%~2.27%。可对互为干扰的Fe2+、Cu2+、Zn2+同时测定。

Abstract:

The multiple linear regression spectrophotometry has been used for determining iron, copper, zinc ions in mining wastewater.At first, the mixed solution of the three components Fe2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ with different concentrations should be prepared.Its absorbency is determined under the optimized conditions of every component of the mixed solution.The determined values are analyzed with Excel software, so as to obtain the multiple liner equation.The self-made water sample is determined and the multiple equation is solved.The calculated results and the concentration known are compared.The relative error is 10%.The recovery rate by this method is 98.0%-103.0%, RSD is 0.61%-2.27%.The Fe2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ that are interferential with one another can be determined simultaneously.
