壅塞空化降解水中苯酚的实验研究

Experimental investigation on the degradation of phenol in water with choking cavitation

摘要:

水力空化是一种很有潜力的水处理技术。利用苯酚溶液作为模拟污水,溶液pH=6.5,经过60 min处理,分别对比了壅塞空化器、振荡腔喷嘴和普通喷嘴对溶液中苯酚的去除效果。结果表明,使用壅塞空化器时,苯酚的去除率达41.59%,分别是振荡腔喷嘴和普通喷嘴的4.5倍和6.6倍。壅塞空化器较之另两种空化器在降解水中苯酚时具有独特的优越性,特别适合于水力空化处理难降解污水的领域。

Abstract:

Hydrodynamic cavitation is a potential technology of water treatment.The phenol solution has been used as simulated wastewater whose pH is 6.5.After a 60 min treatment,and by way of the choking cavitator,oscillating nozzle and conventional nozzle,respectively,the removing rates of phenol in solution are contrasted and analyzed.The results show that the removal rate of phenol with choking cavitator reaches 41.59%,being 4.5 times and 6.6 times of oscillating nozzle and conventional nozzle,respectively.The choking cavitator has unique advantages for the degradation of phenol in water in comparison with the other two kinds of cavitator,and is especially suitable for being applied to the hydrodynamic cavitation treatment of refractory wastewater.
