Optimization cultural conditions of microbial flocculant-producing strain by homogeneous design

摘要:

从白酒废水活性污泥中筛选得到一株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌,其絮凝活性为54.9%。利用均匀试验设计和回归分析,建立数学模型,得到最佳絮凝培养条件。试验结果表明,最佳絮凝条件:初始pH(X3)=9.1,葡萄糖质量浓度(X1)为30 g/L,尿素质量浓度(X2)为2.14 g/L;各因素与絮凝活性关系的数学模型为Y=-99.653+1.495X1+32.103X2+25.602X3-0.023X12-7.497X22-1.392X32。在最佳絮凝培养条件下,该微生物絮凝剂产生菌的实际絮凝活性可达73.8%。

Abstract:

A highly effective microbial flocculant-producing strain has been isolated and screened from the activated sludge in wine wastewater.Its flocculating activity is 54.9%.The best flocculating cultural conditions can be obtained,by using homogeneous design and regression analysis and establishing a mathematical model.The results indicate that the best conditions are as follows:initial pH(X3)= 9.1,glucose mass concentrations(X1)30 g/L,and urea mass concentration(X2)2.14 g/L.The mathematical model of the relationship of various factors and flocculating activity is Y=-99.653+1.495X1+32.103X2+25.602X3-0.023X12-7.497X22-1.392X32.Under the optimal conditions,the actual flocculating activity of the microbial flocculant-producing strain can be as high as 73.8%.
