摘要:

在活性污泥和土壤中筛选出5株对石化废水絮凝效果较好的微生物絮凝剂产生菌。以菌1和菌5混合培养所形成的复合型微生物絮凝剂为研究对象,得到其最适絮凝条件:废水温度30℃,pH=9,絮凝剂投加量60μL,慢搅转速20 r/min,慢搅时间6 min,1 mol/L的Ca2+是最好的阳离子助剂。

Abstract:

Five kinds of flocculant-produced strains which have high flocculating capacity have been obtained from activated sludge and soil. The compound microbial flocculant which is formed by compositing and cultivating Strain 1 and Strain 5 are studied. The optimum flocculating conditions are as follows:temperature is 30 ℃,pH is 9,flocculant dosage is 60 μL,the slowly stirring speed is 20 r/min,the slowly mixing time is 6 min. The addition of 1 mol/L of Ca2+ to the wastewater could increase the flocculation capacity of the bio-flocculant.
