摘要:

讨论了海水冷却系统中缓蚀剂和阴极保护的研究现状以及二者联合应用的研究进展,同时分析了海水冷却系统关键设备循环泵、换热器、海水输水管线等的腐蚀特点和单一防腐措施的局限性,进而探讨了缓蚀剂和电化学联合保护技术在海水冷却系统中应用的可行性,展望了该技术的应用前景。

Abstract:

The research situation of corrosion inhibitor and cathodic protection of seawater and the researchprogress in the joint application of them to seawater system environment are discussed. The corrosion characteristicsof the key equipment of the seawater cooling systems,such as circulating pump,heat exchanger,pipelines,as well asthe limitations of a single anti-corrosion measures are analyzed. Furthermore,the feasibility of the application of jointprotection technique of corrosion inhibitor and cathodic protection to seawater cooling systems are also discussed.The application prospect of joint protection techniques are forecast
