Research on the catalytic synthesis of polyaspartic acid with soild acidic catalyst

以L-天冬氨酸为原料,采用自制固体酸式催化剂TJ101,热缩聚合合成聚天冬氨酸(PASP),并研究了催化剂加入量和催化温度对PASP产率的影响,确定聚合反应的最佳条件:反应温度为200℃,催化剂与物料质量比为1∶10,聚合时间为6 h。探讨了固体酸式催化剂对产物颜色的影响,实验中发现,在固体酸式催化剂存在下合成聚天冬氨酸的色度较低,纯度较高。

Abstract:

Using L-aspartic acid as raw materials,and home-made solid acidic catalyst TJ101,polyaspartic acid(PASP) has been synthesized by thermal polycondensation. The effects of catalyst dosage and catalyzing temperature on PASP productivity are studied. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows:reaction temperature is 200 ℃,mass ratio of catalyst and material L-aspartic acid is 1∶10 and polymerization time is 6 h. The effect of solid acidic catalyst on the color of products is discussed. It is found in experiments that in the presence of the solid acid catalyst,the synthesized polyaspartic acid are of high purity with a lighter chroma.
