摘要:
根据甲醛与铵盐反应生成等物质量酸的原理,建立了一种快速测定废水中低浓度氨氮含量的方法——简易甲醛法。利用简易甲醛法对生活污水、印染废水及电镀废水中的氨氮含量进行了测定,并与国标法进行了对比研究。结果表明:当废水中氨氮质量浓度在50 mg/L以下时,简易甲醛法所测得的结果与国标法相比,无显著性偏差。简易甲醛法的测定结果具有较高的准确度,加标回收率在97%~101%。简易甲醛法操作简便,非常适合于现场对废水中氨氮的快速测定。

Abstract:
A kind of method for rapid determination of the content of low-concentration ammonia nitrogen in waste-water-simple formaldehyde method has been established,based on the principles of equivalent quantity of acids(H+) resulted from the reaction between ammonia salt and formaldehyde. The simple formaldehyde method can be used for determining the content of ammonia nitrogen in domestic sewage,printing & dyeing wastewater and electro-plating wastewater. A research on comparing the simple formaldehyde method with the national standard method has been carried out. The results show that there has been no obvious deviation between the results of the two determina-tion methods,when the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater was less than 50 mg/L. The determination results of simple formaldehyde method have higher accuracy,whose standard recovery rates are 97%-101%. The formaldehyde method is completely qualified as on-site determination for ammonia nitrogen with the feature of easy operation.
