生化工艺处理高温高盐稠油污水的研究

摘要:

针对稠油污水高温、高盐、难生化处理的问题,采用生物膜水解酸化-接触氧化-两级缺氧工艺对某油田稠油含油污水进行试验研究。结果表明:在水温35~60℃,盐质量浓度4~20 g/L,油质量浓度10~150 mg/L,总HRT≥24 h时,原油去除率可以达到60%以上。初步探讨了上述因素对生化处理效果的影响。

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems with thick oil wastewater,such as high temperature,high salinity and difficult to be treated bio-chemically,the biofilm hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation-two-stage anoxic process has been used for carrying out the experimental research on the think oil wastewater in an oilfield. The results show that under the conditions as follows:temperature 35-60℃,salt content 4-20 g/L,oil content in water 10-150 mg/L,and total HRT ≥24 h,the crude oil removing rate can reach over 60%. The effects of the above factors on the biochemical treatment are discussed priliminarilly.
