荧光废水处理的应用研究

Application research on fluorescence wastewater treatment

摘要:

采用氧化破乳—混凝气浮—UASB—接触氧化—沉淀工艺处理某飞机制造厂荧光废水,运行结果表明:当进水COD、BOD5、SS、色度分别为7 000、2 000、200 mg/L、400度时,出水COD、BOD5、SS、色度分别为105、24、20 mg/L、57度,出水可稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的二级排放标准要求,处理效果稳定。

Abstract:

The combined process, oxidation demulsification-coagulation flotation-UASB-contact oxidation-sedimentation, has been used for treating fluorescence wastewater of a aircraft factory. The operation results show that when the average mass concentration of COD, BOD5, SS, and chroma in influent are 7 000, 2 000, 200 mg/L and 400 degree, respectively, the corresponding effluent concentration of COD, BOD5, SS and chroma are 105, 24, 20 mg/L and 57 degree, respectively, all of which could meet the requirements for the second grade standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996), and the treatment effect is stable.
