手机屏研磨废水再生水厂的设计及运行

摘要:

为适应日益扩大的生产规模,解决水源紧张问题,蓝思科技(湖南)有限公司建设了研磨废水处理及回用水厂。该工程不仅可以减小对环境的水污染,解决部分水源问题,同时处理后的废水回用为公司带来了一定的经济效益。该工程处理规模为15 000 m3/d,采用调节池/高效沉淀池/D型滤池处理工艺,处理出水回用做生产清洗水。

Abstract:

Since the production capacity is getting larger and larger,the problem of water source scarcity has to be solved. A treatment and recycling water plant of whet wastewater has been built by LENS Technology(Hunan) Co., Ltd.. The project can reduce environmental water pollution, provide a water source partially,and the recycling of treated wastewater can bring certain economic benefits for the company. The treatment capacity of the project is 15 000 m3/d. The treatment process,regulating pond-high-efficiency sedimentation-D-type filter are adopted,and the treated effluent is used as cleaning water in production.
