臭氧氧化与生物法联合处理苯酚和苯胺废水研究

Research on the combined ozonation-biological process for the treatment of phenol and aniline wastewater

摘要:

采用臭氧氧化、活性污泥法以及臭氧氧化与活性污泥联用法分别处理苯酚及苯胺废水。结果表明,这3种方法都能去除废水中的有机物,但单独臭氧氧化主要将苯酚和苯胺转化成中间产物,并不能将它们彻底矿化成二氧化碳和水。未经臭氧氧化直接进行活性污泥处理,1 h后苯酚和苯胺的去除率达到60%左右。臭氧氧化1 h与SBR活性污泥法曝气1 h对苯酚和苯胺的去除率可达95%以上。

Abstract:

Ozonation,activated sludge process and the combination of them have been used for treating phenol and aniline wastewater,respectively. The results show that all of these three processes could remove organic matter from wastewater. However,ozonation alone could mainly convert phenol and aniline into intermediates,instead of minerali-zing them into carbon dioxide and water completely. After direct activated sludge treatment without ozonation for 1 h,the removing rates of phenol and aniline reach 60%. The removing rates of phenol and aniline by the combined process of 1 h ozonation process with 1 h SBR activated sludge process can reach more than 95%.
