西江油田FPSO水处理系统腐蚀原因及防护

摘要:

通过对西江油田FPSO水处理系统腐蚀失效案例的分析,发现除了二氧化碳的腐蚀以外,硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)也是系统腐蚀的主要影响因素。针对油田生产系统腐蚀的原因,除了日常的缓蚀剂的注入外,定期对生产系统进行杀灭SRB的处理,可以使生产系统的腐蚀状况得到很大改善,目前油轮整个生产系统的腐蚀速率基本都保持在0.125 mm/a以下,系统各点SRB细菌数均控制在25 mL-1以下。

Abstract:

According to the analysis on the corrosion failure of Xijiang oilfield FPSO water treatment system,it is found that besides CO2, its main cause of corrosion failure is SRB,Aiming at the causes of main corrosion failure in the oilfield production system,it is necessary to have regular SBR treatment for the production system,in addition to the regular dosing of corrosion inhibitors. As a result,the corrosion situation for the production system can be improved greatly. Now the corrosion rate of the whole FPSO production system of oil tankers is basically remains on lower than 0.125 mm/a,and the content of SRB of production system at every point is controlled to lower than 25 mL-1.
