内回流比对分段进水循环A/O工艺系统性能的影响研究

Research on the influence of internal reflux ratio on the step-feed cycle A/O process system performance

摘要:

为了研究混合液内回流对分段进水循环A/O工艺脱氮性能的影响, 对比分析了不同内回流比下的COD、NH4+-N和TN去除情况, 结果表明:在一定范围内提高内回流比可显着提高TN去除率, 但超出这个范围则效果不明显, 甚至会降低TN去除率, 说明内回流比并不是越大越好, 而是有一个适当的范围;分段进水循环A/O工艺在处理低碳氮比污水方面具有独特的优势, 与分段进水A/O工艺相比, TN去除率可从60%多提高到80%以上, 出水各项指标均能稳定达标;该系统在内回流比为100%时可实现低费用、高去除率的效果。

Abstract:

In order to study the influence of internal reflux ratio on the denitrification performance of step-feed cycle A/O process, the removing conditions of COD, NH4+-N and TN under different internal reflux ratio are compared and analyzed. The results show that increasing the internal reflux ratio can obviously improve TN removing rate within certain range. However, if the internal reflux ratio falls outside, the results would not be obvious, and the TN removing rate may even get lower. It indicates that internal reflux ratio is not the higher the better, but should be within an appropriate range. The step-feed cycle A/O process has unique advantages in the treatment of low C/N ratio sewage. Compared with step-feed A/O process, the TN removing rates can be raised from more than 60% to more than 80%. All the effluent indexes can stably reach the standard. When the internal reflux ratio is 100%, the results, such as low cost and high removing rate, of the system can be realized.
