秦皇岛某污水处理厂节能实践

摘要:

秦皇岛某污水处理厂采用A2/O工艺进行污水处理, 设计出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)的二级标准限值要求。由于对污水排放要求的提高, 该厂出水不能外排, 需进入中水厂进行深度处理。基于污水处理厂现状, 在分析工艺能耗构成的基础上, 通过合理确定污水处理程度, 调节风机风量分配, 对污水提升泵进行变频改造与优化运行, 达到了降低污水处理厂能耗的目的。

Abstract:

A2/O process has been used for treating the sewage in a sewage treatment plant in Qinhuangdao City. The designed effluent can meet the second class limit value requirements in the“Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants”(GB 18918-2002). Since the requirements for sewage discharge level has been raised, the effluent from that plant could not be discharged into the environment, it is necessary for the effluent to be sent to the reclaimed water plant for advanced treatment. Based on the present situation of sewage treatment plants, and the analysis on process energy consumption, the sewage treatment level needs to be determined properly, the blower capacity needs to be adjusted, and the sewage elevator pump needs to have frequency conversion and optimized operation. Thus, the goal of reducing the energy consumption in the sewage treatment plant has been reached.
