摘要:
针对一种新型磁性阴离子交换树脂(MIEX®)的再生工艺进行优化研究。探讨了不同再生方式对MIEX®性能恢复的影响,在最佳再生方式基础上,研究了再生液浓度及流量与MIEX®再生效果之间的关系,以及MIEX®的可再生次数。试验结果表明:MIEX®再生方式中以动态逆流再生效果最好,最佳再生液为质量分数10%的NaCl溶液,最佳流量为15 mL/min。随着再生次数不断增加,MIEX®处理效果小幅下降,当再生次数达到25次时,MIEX®性能明显下降,难以有效再生。

Abstract:
The research on the regeneration process optimization of a novel type of magnetic anion exchange resin (MIEX®) has been carried on. The effects of different regeneration methods on the recovery of perforperformance of MIEX® are discussed. Based on the best regeneration method,the relationship between the concentration & flow rate of regeneration liquid and the regeneration effect of MIEX®,as well as the renewable times of MIEX® is studied. The experiment results show that among the MIEX® regeneration methods,the dynamic countercurrent regeneration effect is the best. The optimum regeneration liquid is mass fraction of 10% of NaCl solution,and the optimum flow rate of the liquid is 15 mL/min. It is also found that along with the increase of regeneration times,the treatment effect of MIEX® is declined slightly. When the regeneration times reach 25 times,the performance of MIEX® decreases significantly,and is difficult to regenerate effectively.
