毛细管气相色谱法同时测定三氯乙烯及其脱氯产物

Simultaneous determination of trichloroethylene and its dechlorination products by capillary gas chromatography

摘要:

建立了一种同时测定水中三氯乙烯及其脱氯产物的气相色谱检测方法。采用顶空进样,毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。以三因子三水平正交试验法确定了最佳检测条件,各组分线性良好(R2>0.998),相对标准偏差3.79%~9.14%,平均加标回收率97.68%~119.18%。对氯代烯烃而言,灵敏度虽较电子捕获检测器低,但新方法操作简便、快速、干扰少、准确度也较高,能满足三氯乙烯污染修复中反应物及中间产物的检测要求。

Abstract:

A kind of capillary gas chromatography(GC) method for simultaneously determination of trichloroethy-lene(TCE) and its dechlorination products has been established. It is detected by headspace sampling,capillary co-lumn separation,and hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID). Its qualitative analysis is done by retention time and quantitative analysis by peak area. The optimum detection conditions are ascertained by three-factor and three-level orthogonal tests. Under the optimized chromatographic conditions,every group has good linearity(R2>0.998),rela-tive standard deviation is 3.79% to 9.14%,and average standard recovery rate is from 97.68% to 119.18%. As far as vinyl chlorides is concerned,although its sensibility is relatively lower than that of the electron capture detector(LCD),the new method is characterized by easy and rapid operation,less interference and higher accuracy,and is capable to meet the requirements for the detection of reactant and intermediates in TCE pollution remediation.
