物化-生化组合工艺处理焦化废水的工程实例

摘要:

以北方某煤化工有限公司污水处理厂工程为例,介绍气浮-A2/O-氧化絮凝-BAF三级处理工艺对焦化废水的处理效果及工艺参数。运行结果表明:气浮-A2/O-氧化絮凝-BAF三级处理工艺具有较好的处理效果,当进水COD、油类、酚、NH3-N、氰化物质量浓度分别为1 300、670、200、150、10 mg/L时,出水COD、油类、酚、NH3-N、氰化物质量浓度分别为100、5、0.5、15、0.5 mg/L,出水水质均满足《污染物综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中的二类一级排放标准。

Abstract:

Taking the project in the wastewater treatment plant in a Coal Chemical Industry Company,Ltd. in northern China as example,the treatment effect and technical parameters of the combined 3-stage treatment process,air flotation-A2/O-oxidation coagulation-BAF,for treating coking wastewater are introduced. The operation results indi-cate that this combined process has better treatment effect.When the mass concentration of influent COD,oil,phenol, NH3-N and cyanide are 1 300,670,200,150,10 mg/L,respectively,the mass concentration of effluent COD,oil,phenol,NH3-N and cyanide can be reduced to 100,5,0.5,15,0.5 mg/L,respectively. The effluent water quality can completely meet the requirements specified in Class Ⅱ level of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
