氯化铁/臭氧组合工艺改善活性污泥性质的研究

Research on the improvement of activated sludge characteristics by the ferric chloride/ozone combined process

摘要:

初步研究了臭氧、单独投加氯化铁、先臭氧曝气后投加氯化铁、先投加氯化铁后臭氧曝气对活性污泥的影响,分析了臭氧作用时间、FeCl3浓度及氯化铁/臭氧组合次序对活性污泥性质的影响。研究表明:随着臭氧作用时间的延长,污泥的悬浮固体(TS)、挥发性悬浮固体(VTS)及VTS/TS均逐渐减小,污泥比阻先略微上升后逐渐下降,污泥上清液中的COD增加明显。单独投加氯化铁后,污泥比阻和污泥上清液中的COD均逐渐降低。氯化铁/臭氧组合工艺对污泥的作用效果不同,污泥的TS由低到高的排列顺序为FeCl3/O3 >O3 >O3/FeCl3 >FeCl3;污泥上清液中COD由高到低的排列顺序为O3 >O3/FeCl3 >FeCl3/O3 >FeCl3;污泥比阻由低到高的排列顺序为FeCl3/O3 >O3/FeCl3 >FeCl3 >O3。实验结果表明,FeCl3/O3法在污泥减量化及改善污泥脱水性能方面优于其他方法。

Abstract:

The influences of O3,adding FeCl3 singly,O3 aeration first followed with adding FeCl3,and adding FeCl3 first followed with O3 aeration have been studied preliminarily. The influences of O3 reaction time,FeCl3 concentra-tion and combination order of FeCl3/O3 on the activated sludge characteristics have been analyzed. The results show that with the prolonging of O3 reaction time,the suspended solids(TS), volatile suspended solids(VTS) and VTS/ TS are gradually reduced,the sludge specific resistance is increased slightly first,and then declined slowly,but the COD in supernatant is increased significantly. After adding FeCl3 singly,the sludge specific resistance and the COD in sludge supernatant are both decreased gradually. The reaction effect of FeCl3/O3 combined process on sludge is different. The permutation order of the TS of sludge from low to high is FeCl3/O3 >O3 >O3/FeCl3 >FeCl3. The permulation order of the COD in sludge supernatant from high to low is O3 >O3/FeCl3 >FeCl3/O3 >FeCl3. And the permutation order of the sludge specific resistance from low to high is FeCl3/O3 >O3/FeCl3 >FeCl3 >O3. The results show that the FeCl3/O3 method is superior to the other three methods in the aspects of sludge minimizing and sludge dewatering improvement.
