臭氧氧化-A2/O工艺处理含吡啶有机废水的研究

Research on the ozonation-A2/O process for treating pyridine-containing organic wastewater

摘要:

采用臭氧氧化-A2/O组合工艺对某企业含吡啶有机废水进行处理。小试试验确定臭氧氧化工艺的最佳反应条件:反应时间为120 min,反应初始pH为5,臭氧投加量为1.20 g/L。此时,废水中吡啶和TOC的去除率分别达到35%和36%,B/C由0.22提高至0.36。经臭氧氧化-A2/O组合工艺处理后,出水中的吡啶、TOC、COD质量浓度分别稳定在20、90、350 mg/L以下,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)中的三级标准,可以排入该企业所在的化工园区集中污水处理厂进行后续处理。

Abstract:

Ozonation-A2/O process has been used for treating pyridine-containing organic wastewater in a factory. The pilot test indicates that the optimal reaction conditions for ozonation process are as follows:reaction time is 120 min,initial pH is 5 and ozone dosage 1.20 g/L. Under these conditions,the removing rates of pyridine and TOC reach 35% and 36%,respectively,and the wastewater B/C ratio increases from 0.22 to 0.36. After treated by Ozonation-A2/O process,the mass concentrations of pyridine,TOC and COD in effluent are all maintained at less than 20 mg/L,90 mg/L and 350 mg/L respectively. The water quality of effluent reaches the third-level standard specified in the‘Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard’(GB 8978-1996). The effluent can be discharged to the chemical industrial zone where the factory is located for carrying out the subsequent treatment.
