摘要: 建立了液液萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定水源水中的苦味酸和6种酚类化合物(苯酚、间甲酚、对硝基酚、2,4-二氯酚、2,4,6-三氯酚和五氯酚)。水样首先经乙酸乙酯和二氯甲烷混合溶剂液液萃取,有机相氮吹浓缩后再进行液相色谱分析。结果表明,苦味酸和6种酚类化合物色谱峰完全分离,目标物在0.1~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2为0.999 1~0.999 9。方法检出限为0.013~0.025 μg/L,RSD为2.8%~4.5%,加标回收率为71.4%~90.4%。

Abstract: A simple method based on liquid-liquid extraction(LLE) coupled with highly efficient liquid chromatography(HELC) has been developed for the determination of picric acid and six kinds of phenolic compounds,including phenol,cresol,p-nitrophenol,2,4-dichlorophenol,2,4,6-trichlorophenol and pentachlorophenol,in water sources. The water samples have firstly to be subject to the LLE of mixed solution of ethyl acetate and dichloromethane. After organic phase nitrogen sweeping concentration,liquid chromatographic analysis has been implemented. The results show that the chromatographic peaks of picric acid and six kinds of phenolic compounds can completely be separated, and the target objects have good linear relationship in the ranges of 0.1-10 mg/L,with the correlation coefficients R2 is 0.999 1-0.999 9. The detection limit of this method is in the range of 0.013-0.025 μg/L,the RSD is 2.8%-4.5%, and the standard recovery rates are 71.4%-90.4%.
