UASB-A/O耦合工艺处理退浆印染废水中试研究

Pilot-scale research on the treatment of desizing printing and dyeing wastewater by UASB-A/O coupling process

摘要: 高浓度聚乙烯醇(PVA)退浆印染废水中含大量难降解有机物,可生化性差,采用UASB-A/O耦合工艺处理该类废水。试验结果表明,UASB-A/O耦合工艺能够有效处理高浓度PVA印染废水,处理后的出水达到《纺织染整工业水污染排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)要求,PVA的降解率高达95%。GC/MS分析表明,该耦合工艺能够有效降解PVA退浆印染废水中的大分子有机物。

Abstract: Highly concentration polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) desizing printing and dyeing wastewater contains a large number of refractory organic substances and its biodegradability is rather low. The UASB-A/O coupling process has been used for treating this kind of wastewater. The experimental results show that the UASB-A/O coupling process can effectively treat the highly concentrated PVA printing and dyeing wastewater. The treated effluent meets the requirements for the Discharge Standard for Water Pollution for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industries(GB 4287-2012). The degradation rate of PVA is as high as 95%. GC/MS analysis shows that the coupling process could effectively degrade the large molecular organic substances in PVA desizing printing and dyeing wastewater.
