循环冷却系统淡水/海水在线切换技术应用研究

Application of freshwater/seawater on-line switching technology in circulating cooling system

摘要:

结合华润电力(渤海新区)有限公司工程的实际情况,研究了循环冷却系统淡水/海水在线切换技术。试验结果表明,在海水体系中,缓蚀阻垢剂SW203A可以起到良好的结垢控制作用,与缓蚀阻垢剂FW240具有良好的兼容性。在海水注入淡水循环水过程中,补水中投加12 mg/L的FW240,可以起到良好的结垢控制作用。制定了淡水/海水在线切换技术方案,并将此技术应用于工程现场,结果显示凝汽器无垢质出现,机组温差、端差数值正常。

Abstract:

Combined with the engineering application of China Resources Power(Bohai New Area) Co., Ltd. a technology of freshwater/seawater on-line switching in circulating cooling system was studied. The results showed that corrosion and scale inhibitor SW203A could play a good role in scaling control and had good compatibility with corrosion and scale inhibitor FW240 in seawater system. In the process of seawater injection into fresh water circulating water, adding 12 mg/L FW240 into make-up water could play a good role in scaling control. The technology of freshwater/seawater on-line switching was established and applied in the generator set. The operation results showed that there was no scale in the condenser, and the temperature difference and end difference of the condenser were normal.
