石化废水反渗透浓水回用的应用研究

Research on reuse of concentrated water produced by petrochemical wastewater

摘要:

利用臭氧高级氧化+反渗透(RO)工艺将污水车间经过RO处理后的浓水再深度处理进行回用,处理规模为75 m3/h。运行结果表明:膜系统稳定,臭氧氧化对COD的去除率为53.5%,RO对污染物去除效果显著,电导率去除率为96.2%、硬度去除率为93.5%、氯离子去除率为86.3%、COD去除率为98.0%、氨氮和浊度基本完全去除,出水进入已有超滤产水箱,处理成本为3.09元/t。

Abstract:

Ozone advanced oxidation+reverse osmosis(RO) process was used to reuse the concentrated water after reverse osmosis treatment in sewage plant, and the processing scale was 75 m3/h. The operating results showed that the membrane system was stable, the ozone oxidation had a removal rate of 53.5% for COD, the RO had a significant removal effect for pollutants, the electrical conductivity removal rate was 96.2%, the hardness removal rate was 93.5%, and the chloride ion removal rate was 86.3%, the COD removal rate was 98.0%, ammonia nitrogen and turbidity were basically completely removed and the outflow water entered the existing ultrafiltration production tank. The treatment cost was 3.09 yuan/t.
