低温下盐度对Anammox脱氮效能及其特性的影响研究

摘要:

利用中心组合设计考察盐度、温度及其交互作用对Anammox脱氮效能及其特性的影响。结果表明,盐度、温度对总氮去除负荷(NRR)影响显著,低温下适量盐度会促进Anammox菌体脱氮;在温度为15℃,盐度为4 g/L条件下,NRR预测值为0.355 kg/(m3·d),NRR预测值是空白组(15℃,无盐度)的2.8倍,NRR试验值为0.340 kg/(m3·d)。低温下低盐度可以强化Anammox颗粒污泥,使其沉降性更好。

Abstract:

The influences of salinity, temperature and their interaction on Anammox denitrification efficiency and its characteristics have been investigated by central composite design. The results show that salinity and temperature have significant influences on total nitrogen removal load(NRR), and moderate salinity at low temperature can facilitate the denitrification of Anammox bacteria. When the temperature is 15℃ and salinity 4 g/L, the predicted value of NRR is 0.355 kg/(m3·d), which is 2.8 times of that of the blank group(15℃, no salinity). The NRR test value is 0.340 kg/(m3·d). Low salinity at low temperature can enhance Anammox granular sludge, which makes its sedimentation better.
