超重力/O3+H2O2工艺处理橡胶促进剂M废水研究

Study on the treatment of rubber accelerator M wastewater by high gravity equipment/O3+H2O2 process

摘要:

采用二级转子异形折流板超重力设备(RB2)/O3+H2O2工艺对橡胶促进剂M生产废水进行降解,对比了不同反应体系、反应时间、转速、H2O2浓度、初始pH、气液比对M生产废水COD去除率的影响。结果显示,采用RB2/O3+H2O2工艺,当反应时间为10 min、转速为1 400 r/min、H2O2浓度为50 mmol/L、初始pH为9、气液体积比为0.9时,对M生产废水COD的去除率最高,达到90.66%。

Abstract:

The two-stage rotor special-shaped baffle high gravity equipment(RB2)/O3+H2O2 is used to treat the rubber accelerator M production wastewater. The effects of different reaction systems, reaction time, rotation speed, the concentration of H2O2, initial pH and gas-liquid ratio on COD removal rate are investigated. The results show that the COD removal rate of M wastewater reaches 90.66% via RB2/O3+H2O2 process under conditions of the reaction time of 10 min, rotation speed at 1 400 r/min, 50 mmol/L H2O2, initial pH 9 and gas-liquid ratio 0.9.
