摘要:

介绍了采用Fe/C+H2O2+联合生化工艺处理甲氧苄啶生产过程中产生的高COD、高氨氮废水的工程案例。该工程利用微电解、Fenton氧化以及一系列厌氧和好氧生化反应降解污染物,具有系统运行稳定、耐冲击负荷能力强等优点,可使外排水中的主要污染物指标如COD、BOD、氨氮及总氮达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。处理运行成本约为25元/m3,具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。

Abstract:

In this paper, Fe/C+H2O2+combined biochemical process is used to treat the wastewater with high concentrations of COD and ammonia nitrogen produced in trimethoprim production process. The pollutants in the project are degraded by micro-electrolysis, Fenton oxidation and a series of anaerobic and aerobic biochemical reactions. The degradation system have the advantages of stable operation and high impact load resistance. The main pollutant indicators in the effluent, such as COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen, meet the first-class A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. The cost of treatment is about 25 yuan/m3, which has good economy and environmental benefits.
